The most sophisticated and reliable equipment is compromised if it is not installed and demonstrated properly, we will train you and your staff how to assemble, operate and clean our equipment so that you achieve the optimum reliability and profitability. National After Sales Service & Support Should a problem arise or you simply require advice, our service department is available seven days a week. Our experienced service advisers will gladly offer advice over the telephone and indeed they cure a large percentage of open installation & demonstration. Preventive Maintenance Program (PMP)

Cosmos Africa recommends customers to sign a PMP upon purchase of equipment to reduce machine downtime. The essence of this is to prevent problems arising and to constantly give advice. Our service department is available seven days a week for this and our experienced service advisers will gladly offer advice over the telephone and indeed they prevent a large percentage of operational problems without an engineer visiting (at absolutely no cost to you). However, if your machine becomes faulty or you should need an engineer, you will be visited promptly by an engineer who will not only be professional in his knowledge of our equipment, he will also have at his disposal the parts required to put your machine back into first class order.
